Overall we had a great stay. And was a great venue for our family's wedding. It's small so it makes it easy to get around and it is a few minutes walk from the Glen Town Center with shopping, entertainment and dining options. The restaurant on site was great, especially the complimentary breakfast with our stay which comprises choosing an entree off the menu and beverage. There is also a coffee/hot chocolate self-serve station in the hallway available 24/7. The staff is great especially Arielle at the front desk. The improvements needed are showers with a semi slippery floor when wet and an outdated water system that took a while to get hot and then adjust to a usable temperature. The biggest upgrade needed is the reservation system. As we were part of the wedding block and staying before and after we ended up having multiple reservations even when the rate was the same each night. It was annoying for us to check in/out everyday and it was clear with all of the staff (although they were incredibly professional) that they would appreciate an updated system that is user friendly and can provide great a guest experience.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I’m in Glenview/Chicago! Impeccable staff and Manager John McCauley is the best. I stay here several times a year when traveling for business and I’m always impressed with the entire staff and how professional and welcoming they are to all their guests. I have spent much time getting to know the team at the Glen Club. Entire staff is super friendly and helpful going above and beyond with the extra flair you only see at the best hotels such as this one. I will continue to come here as often as I can and always tell friends and colleagues there is no better place! Thank you for your hospitality. See you again soon John, as well as your wonderful team.

I had my wedding here last month and could not say enough great things about this venue. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was beyond kind, considerate, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. Kate Vivacue (Director of sales) was incredible. Could not have asked for a nicer person to help me throughout the wedding process. They made everything so seamless and such a positive experience. I learned very quickly when searching for wedding vendors how important it is to have the right people on board, and I could not have been luckier to have found The Glen Club team. Everyone from the sales team, to catering, to hotel management all went above and beyond to make our day very special. The venue was gorgeous, hotel was so clean, food was delicious and overall, a 100/10 experience. Highly recommend booking The Glen Club for your wedding.
